Either the item was not accurately described, or the item got damaged when shipped because of the poor attention to packaging. The box used was too large for the item, half of the space was filled in with hard broken Styrofoam, the base of the item was wrapped in thin bubble wrap, but the delicate parts were not protected at all. The box arrived beat up so maybe the damage was caused by a careless FedEx employee somewhere along its travel to me. Maybe bubble wrapping the whole item would helped?

item was damaged in shipping, seller immediately left negative feedback and was not interested in returning item or getting a partial refund to take care of damage to one light, as the rest of projector is working correctly. this negative feedback is unfair and buyer did not let this seller rectify the mistake.
