    Excellent product

    More than enough inputs, Easy to adjust thanks to the real buttons, well sized, sturdy but smooth to operate. Silent preamps, 48V, colour screen and clear indication of recording. On the down side I would have loved TC capabilities but you can't expect everything for the price.

    Wedding Film making Workhorse

    The Zoom H6 is by far the best audio recorder I have used for my wedding filming. Its reliable and can do a lot. A must have for wedding film makers. A good investment.

    Poor interface and design flaws

    Ok for YouTubers but not much more . First off it has a confusing menu/ user interface with gimmicky "presets". The Pre-amps are mediocre, no XLR push-locks to secure connectors (what were Zoom thinking!?) very loose volume dials so have to keep checking you havent accidentally knocked them. The worst fault I found was the volume channel repeatedly resetting itself to zero on every power up when recording via LINE level regardless of what I'd previously set it at. This isn't a unit for professional use so stick with Sound Devices if audio is your bread and butter.
