There was an issue with charging due to what we can only guess was an incompatibility with the charger I have, sent the toothbrush back and seller sent one with a different serial number but same model and this has been received and charges perfectly. Whilst there was an issue, the seller responded quickly and professionally to all correspondence and I would definitely buy from them again and recommend them.

    Very nice, but ANC needs to be turned on for full sound quality

    The sound is great, and I am quite fussy. A good, natural sound. NB: Some of the quality is only present when the noice cancellation circuitry is on. That's fine for me but if you wanted to use the headphones without noise cancellation, the sound quality would be perfectly adequate but not great. Worth bearing in mind if that's important to you.

    Excellent fit and sound.

    Excellent fit and sound, plus neat case. The only issue is that the ear pads seem to need replacing more often than others but not a great expense. I suppose this may be because they are soft to make such a good fit, so no extraneous noise and little leakage. I would buy again.
