First class communication right through from pre purchase, purchase and shipping. I was a bit concerned that the shipping was from Blackpool to Essex that guitar would arrive safe. It did. I was a little worried about the guitar being shipped in a soft case but I needn't have been as it was extremely well packaged and arrived safely the next morning. What a top bloke Bob is .The guitar was absolutely pristine and exactly as described although it took me about twenty minutes to open as it was wrapped so well which was great.
