The item was delivered on time BUT there were 2 of the pieces in the bottom of the box and one fitted into the slot well the other one I have had to glue it in place for £59.99 the reason I haven’t complained is that my husband has Dementia and it was a special gift for him I did not want him disappointed so I repaired it myself there was not any mention of this in the description. Not Happy with the seller .

It's VERY unfair to give an eBay seller negative feedback when you don't even try to contact us to give us a chance to resolve the issue in a satisfactory way. We always do our very best as you can see from our enormous amount of positive feedback. The model was not broken, it is not our fault that the manufacturer didn't make this one perfectly, and a dab of superglue solved the issue. Had the buyer contacted us, we would have offered a partial refund for this minor issue.
