    My balls hurt, but in a good way

    Everybody knows it's the best microphone for everything. The spectrum of usage is making me feel sorry I didn't have to spend more on multiple different microphones. My balls are actually fine.

    Sounds good, just one small problem

    I have a variety of different versions of the 414, and they all sound a bit different. These are certainly a bit brighter and more sensitive than my vintage ones, but they still sound great. My only complaint would be the digital switches on the front and back. It just seems like one more thing to go wrong, when the manual switches of older models felt more reliable.
