The tower came in the end; though I had ordered a replacement due to the delay by the delivery company. The seller informed me that they had been unable to respond due to personal reasons which were completely understandable.
Once able to respond they quickly resolved my issue, organised a refund and were very kind despite my poor initial feedback.
