You did not read the description in the advert, it clearly stated that the battery charger required a plug socket adaptor and there were photos of the front, back and side of the charger that showed the USA plug pins both folded in and out, I couldn't have been any clearer. The amount you paid reflected the fact that the battery charger required a plug socket adaptor as clearly described and photographed.
