Total & utter game changer, especially if you have a snoring partner! They are very comfortable & fit snuggly in the ears. There are 3 differing sized inserts, find the one that fits best, download the app & follow the instructions, it really is that simple. You also get an alarm so you wont sleep through an external one, but be warned, it has a separate volume control to the sleep sounds, which doesn't need to be set very loud, take it from someone who learned the hard way! I have misophonia, which put in the simplest of terms, is a neurological disorder where certain sounds trigger a flight or fight response, such as snoring, dogs barking, car doors slamming, etc etc, the list is endless, but since using these sleep buds, I have slept straight through every night. I had a set of 1st generation Sleepbuds and, despite their faults, they made a big difference in helping me sleep. With the 2nd generation Bose has done an amazing job of rectifying all of the issues of the previous generation. They sound better, there are no battery issues, the sit in the charging case better, there's no squeak when they rub on the pillow, and they're more comfortable. Now that I have them I can't imagine going to bed without them.
