Item arrived with a broken plug and naturally raised concerns about the condition of the item. Sent photos of damage I assume came from transit.
In response the seller dismissively offered me £3 for a replacement plug. When I said this simply wouldn’t suffice for a deck that cost over £400 and that I wanted it looked at they called me a scammer and claimed to report me to ebay. Take that as you will
They also failed to mention the disparity with the left and right volume levels in the listing

I offered a full refund but instead this cockwomble cancelled the return then leaves unfair comments. One of the worst buyers i have ever had to deal with. Avoid at all costs!
