    Great company

    I was a little apprehensive about buying refurbished anything but they have a good warranty so I thought I'd give it a try. I was very happy once they i received them - they looked and function as new. I put them side by side with the new set I have and I couldn't tell any difference. I would use this company again when I get 2 more sets for the rear seat passenger headsets.

    A good value, only because of David Clarks warranty and reputation

    The headset was cosmetically in great condition, however, the audio was non-existent. I contacted David Clark and they are now repairing the audio of the headset. For the price I still consider my purchase to be a good value, however, I would have preferred to know about the audio problem, prior to making my decision to make the purchase.

    Exactly what I expected

    Item was shipped quickly. I received it exactly as described. The headset worked just fine. Aside from not having the original packing, the headset look brand new. There was a document guaranteeing the refurbished item for 2 years.
