Item was dispatched fast and packaged well however, the item was described as "Looks OK!" Upon unboxing, the front panel of the unit was missing 4 of the 6 screws and was loose. This does not "look OK" in my book. Clearly tampered with. Seller eventually agreed on a partial refund as he didn't want the device back. Communication was OK though hence neutral feedback.
